I ordered a new CNC controller kit for converting the FF400 off ebay from China. All the components being bare, I needed to make an enclosure for it with an estop button and cooling fans. 3mm thick PLA boards were custom cut on my router for a better finish. The whole thing is held together by two ITEM aluminium profiles, enhancing driver cooling. Finding all the small connector parts on ebay was quite a lot of work.
